Richglen Maintenance Services is growing, and we’re looking for Supervisors, Fitters, and Boilermakers to join our Southern team for an exciting 2026. If you’re keen to lead crews, cover shifts, or get involved in project and down day work, we want to hear from you.

The Roles
Supervisors
Setting and maintaining safety standards across sites
Leading teams on project work, shift coverage, and down days
Assist with job scoping, planning, and scheduling
Oversee quality, productivity, and reporting
Work closely with clients and site teams
Trades (Fitters & Boilermakers)
CHPP, Dragline, Shovel service days, shift relief, and general maintenance
Project and shutdown work across multiple sites
Work as part of an experienced and supportive crew
What You’ll Need
Supervisors:
Mechanical or Structural Trade Qualification + minimum 2 years site supervision experience
CHPP, Dragline, or Shovel experience preferred
Mining experience essential
S123 & G2 licences
Trades:
Relevant Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker)
Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
Current site tickets (Working at Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres)
