Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support maintenance execution and asset availability across draglines, electric shovels, and supporting field fleets within a dragline-intensive coal mining operation.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, sequenced, and executed efficiently to minimise downtime and support asset reliability. Working closely with Reliability Engineers, Planners, Supervisors, Operations and Vendors, your work will directly impact schedule compliance, equipment availability, and overall site performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining weekly and short-term maintenance schedules for draglines, shovels, and auxiliary equipment

  • Coordinating maintenance priorities with Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance teams

  • Translating maintenance strategies and work orders into executable, fully resourced schedules

  • Monitoring schedule compliance and identifying constraints, clashes, and improvement opportunities

  • Supporting shutdown and outage planning activities

  • Providing schedule performance reports and insights to support continuous improvement

  • Ensuring all scheduling activities align with site safety standards and statutory requirements

About You

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Co-Ordinator in mining or heavy industry

  • Strong understanding of draglines, electric shovels, and heavy mobile equipment maintenance workflows

  • Trade or technical background highly regarded

  • Experience with SAP preferred but not essential

  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative site team
