Career Connections Day

Richglen team members facilitating mock interviews

Supporting the Next Generation at Mirani State High School's Careers Connection Day

Richglen was proud to recently participate in Mirani State High School's Careers Connection Day, providing students with valuable insights and practical experience as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Representing Richglen, Learning & Development Planner Miranda and Recruitment Advisor Emily spent the day engaging with students through mock interviews and career-focused discussions. The sessions were designed to help students build confidence, develop effective communication skills, and gain a better understanding of what employers look for during the recruitment process.

The mock interview experience gave students the opportunity to practice answering common interview questions in a supportive environment, while also receiving practical advice on presenting themselves professionally and preparing for future employment opportunities.

At Richglen, we recognise the importance of supporting young people as they transition from school into the workforce. Initiatives like Careers Connection Day provide an excellent opportunity to share industry knowledge, encourage career development, and help students feel more prepared for life after school.

A big thank you to Mirani State High School for inviting us to be part of this valuable event. We look forward to continuing to support local schools and contributing to the development of future industry professionals.

Stronger Together. Building the Future.
