We’re looking for a Workforce Planner who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce requirements to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and productivity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workforce allocation across projects, shutdowns, and day-to-day operations
Develop and manage rosters in line with operational requirements
Arrange mobilisation, including travel and accommodation
Maintain accurate workforce data, including skills matrices and compliance records
Liaise with Operations, Supervisors, HR, and Payroll teams
Monitor workforce availability, training requirements, and site access needs
Prepare workforce reports and insights to support decision-making
Ensure timesheets are reviewed and submitted in line with payroll deadlines
About You
2–5 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or project controls
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Well-developed communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Sprint Suite highly regarded)
Exposure to mining or heavy industry environments is advantageous
