Back-to-Back Shutdown Opportunities | Commencing January 2027

Richglen Maintenance Services is preparing for a busy shutdown schedule throughout 2027 and is seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors for upcoming opportunities across the Bowen Basin resource industry.

With potential back-to-back shutdowns commencing in early January, this is an opportunity for experienced leaders to join our team, lead crews and build ongoing work opportunities across multiple projects throughout the year.

UPCOMING SHUTDOWN OPPORTUNITIES

• Shutdown 1: January – April 2027

• Shutdown 2: May – June 2027

• Shutdown 3: August – September 2027

Additional shutdown opportunities may also become available throughout the year.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

• Electrical Supervisors

• Mechanical Supervisors

We are seeking experienced supervisors with strong leadership, planning and coordination skills, and the ability to deliver safe and efficient shutdown outcomes.

TICKETS & REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain):

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• Relevant Trade Qualification and/or industry qualifications applicable to your discipline

• Working at Heights

• Confined Space

• Gas Test Atmospheres

• Relevant licences and competencies for your discipline

Previous supervisory experience in mining, heavy industry or resource sector maintenance and shutdowns is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate strong safety leadership, effective crew management and the ability to coordinate work activities to meet shutdown schedules and project deadlines.
