At Richglen Maintenance Services, we deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance solutions across Central Queensland. With a strong pipeline of upcoming shutdowns, we are seeking experienced Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers & Riggers to join our growing team.

Upcoming Shutdowns

Richglen has multiple shutdown opportunities across Daly Bay, German Creek, Foxleigh, Hay Point, Saraji, and Hail Creek, running from April through to November 2026.

These works include a range of CHPP and port shutdowns, offering opportunities across various trades and skillsets.

• April – May: Shutdown works commencing at Daly Bay and German Creek

• June – August: Projects at Foxleigh, Saraji & Hay Point

• August – October: Extended shutdowns at Hail Creek & Rolleston

Roster and duration will vary depending on site and project requirements.

Positions Available

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced:

• Supervisors

• Mechanical Fitters

• Boilermakers

• Riggers

• Other shutdown support roles

About You

• Previous experience in mining, CHPP, or heavy industry shutdowns

• Relevant trade qualifications and/or tickets

• Strong safety focus and work ethic

• Enjoy working in and contributing to a team environment

Tickets & Requirements

Candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain):

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• Relevant Trade Qualification (where applicable)

• Working at Heights

• Confined Space

• Gas Test Atmospheres
