CALLING ALL MECHANICAL and STRUCTURAL SUPERVISORS

Are you a Mechanical or Structural Supervisor based in the Mackay region looking for a new opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you!

Join our Northern Bowen Basin team for a major project running now through to November 2025, with the opportunity to continue in our Northern Maintenance Division after the shutdown. We're seeking experienced, hands-on supervisors to lead shutdown crews safely and efficiently across day and night shifts.

📌 Role Details:

• Position: Mechanical or Structural Supervisor

• Roster: 5/5/5 – rotating Day/Night Shifts

• Duration: Now until Nov 2025, with opportunity to continue in Maintenance Division at completion of shutdown

• Type: Casual, with potential for Full-Time for right candidate

• Location: Mackay-based only – No accommodation provided

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise large crews during shutdowns

• Maintain a strong safety culture with procedures and leadership

• Ensure work meets project and client expectations

• Monitor and report on job performance and progress

• Optimise team efficiency and equipment use

• Build and sustain strong client relationships

• Ensure accurate completion of documentation and reports

✅ Required Tickets and Attributes:

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• Relevant Trade Qualification

• Working at Heights

• Confined Space

• Gas Test Atmospheres

• S123 & G2

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication & time management

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)

• Demonstrated mining experience
