CALLING ALL MECHANICAL and STRUCTURAL SUPERVISORS!

Location: Northern Bowen Basin (Moranbah, local ports and mills)

Employment Type: Casual or Permanent

Are you a hands-on, safety-focused Supervisor ready to lead maintenance and project crews in the field? We’re on the lookout for experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our high-performing team on a casual basis.

Your Role:

You’ll lead leading hands, trades, and equipment in the field—making sure every job is delivered safely, on time, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews on maintenance, shutdowns, and project scopes

• Drive and enforce a strong safety culture

• Scope work and assist with planning

• Monitor job quality, productivity, and reporting

• Maintain solid client relationships

• Keep accurate records and handovers

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant Mechanical or Structural Trade

• S123 & G2

• Standard 11 + Coal Board Medical

• Working at Heights + Confined Space + Gas Test Atmospheres

• Minimum 2 years' site-based supervision experience (mining preferred)

• Clear, confident communication and time management skills

• Strong eye for detail and safety
