Your Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects across multiple Bowen Basin mine sites. You’ll manage site teams, drive project performance, and ensure all electrical work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects.
Lead and motivate site-based electrical teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all electrical safety legislation, mine site requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and work processes.
Build and manage scopes of work based on electrical tender documentation.
Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
About You
✅ Trade-qualified Electrician with an active QLD Electrical Licence
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical project or shutdown management
✅ Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale electrical projects safely and efficiently
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
✅ Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
✅ Thorough understanding of WHS regulations and electrical standards
✅ Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and team development
