Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical or Structural Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team in the Southern Bowen Basin.
This permanent position offers a family-friendly 7/7 roster while providing leadership across a range of maintenance activities including PM days, down days and shift relief coverage.
Unlike site-based supervisory roles, this position works across multiple mine sites throughout the Southern Bowen Basin, providing variety, exposure to different operations and the opportunity to work with a range of crews and clients.

About the Role
As a Mechanical / Structural Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support across multiple mine sites throughout the Southern Bowen Basin.
You will oversee maintenance crews during PM days, down days and shift relief coverage while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise mechanical or structural maintenance crews
Coordinate PM day and down day maintenance activities
Provide supervisory coverage for shift relief requirements
Ensure compliance with site safety systems and procedures
Assist with planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance works
Build strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders
Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement outcomes
Promote a positive safety culture across the workforce
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Mechanical or Structural Trade Qualification
Previous mining supervision experience
S123 & G2 Supervisor Qualification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of maintenance practices within mining environments
Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
CHPP, Dragline and/or Shovel maintenance experience highly regarded
