Richglen has been named the winner of the Safety Foremost Award at the 2026 Resource Industry Network (RIN) Awards, recognising a safety culture built on accountability, leadership and genuine care for people. Following its Champion Culture Award win in 2025, the achievement highlights the strong connection between culture and safety, with more than 300,000 Recordable Injury Free Hours and 900 consecutive Lost Time Injury Free days achieved in 2026.
